Sr. AP Specialist

Duties:
•Receive, research, and code all payables for data entry. Set up new vendors in PeopleSoft and Adapt.
•Import weekly 1099 and garnishment files, verify all information for input, proof, issue checks, distribute.
•From leases, maintain current list of rents due for all branches; monitor for additions, increases, expirations, queue monthly for payment.
•Insures that all paid files and records are maintained according to legal and corporate requirements.
•Online banking services.
REQUIREMENTS
Necessary Experience:
•At least 2 years of supervisory/team lead and Accounts Payable experience.
•Ability to work with limited supervision and in often-stressful situations is critical.
•Superior oral communication and interpersonal skills required.
•Detail-oriented individual with excellent work/time organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem solving skills
•Basic Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and Internet navigational experience is required.
•A team player with initiative and self-motivation; must be able to give, interpret and/or follow written and verbal instructions; must be flexible to accept frequent change in priorities and possess the ability to coordinate tasks under critical time demands.
