Position Summary

EDS Credit Union has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned executive to manage and oversee the human resources function of the credit union. This individual will be responsible for all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Must be able to provide leadership, direction and counsel to executive management regarding policies, procedures and state and federal regulatory compliance requirements. Qualified executive will be member-focused and provide strong support of the corporate plan to ensure successful attainment of goals established by the credit union.

EDS Credit Union was chartered in April 1974 to serve employees of EDS and their families. The credit union has grown to serve over 47,000 members through eight branches located in Texas, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Holding over $450 million in assets, EDSCU offers a full range of financial services to its members, including self-service delivery channels such as ATMs, audio response, and Internet home banking. The credit union is also part of the shared branch network for added convenience to the members and is innovative in its approach to better serve the membership.

A compensation package consisting of base salary and benefits will be structured to meet the needs of the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of five to seven years experience in human resource management with demonstrated leadership ability and multi-state employment law experience required. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. PHR/SPHR desired.
