Senior Systems Analyst-Mortgage

The Systems Analyst will gather and document business requirements for existing and future business systems and will act as a liaison between business staff and technical staff to articulate needs, issues and concerns. Will provide application support including: Application Change Management (ACM), enhancement release coordination and first line technical application support. Provide subject matter expertise for assigned applications.

Will be design and document detailed business requirements, functional requirements utilizing approved templates. Meet with business customers to obtain necessary information to construct quality requirements documentation. Provide on-site technical support and maintenance to resolve system problems. Perform necessary research to support requirements documentation. Ensure that project/requirements are properly tracked and documented.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent. MSIT/IS or MBA with emphasis in IT/IS preferred.

Must have 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry.
Must have 5+ years of experience in a Systems Analysis or Support and Development role.
Experience with Finance, Treasury, Cashiering and Quality Control applications.
Experience in the use of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience constructing Use Cases, Data Flow Diagrams, and Flow Charts.
Experience with any of the following applications is preferred: ChaseLink/Insight, BankServ, Empower, MaxMilion, AMB, Cognos, Remedy, Quantum, LawBase and any ACH processing tool.
Experience with EDI is preferred.
