Full Job Title: Senior Communications Payload Architect Skills Management Title Comm Systems DesignJob Level: EXEMPTBusiness Component: Integrated Defense Systems (IDS)Job Description: Senior Communications Payload Architect will lead internal research and development as well as new business support for a government spacecraft communications payload. Competencies Experienced designing a large variety of spacecraft communication payloads. Specific domain knowledge in microwave spacecraft communication payloads required. Expertise in requirements, performance, hardware development required. Experience should include bent pipe communications systems, DSPs, reflector and phased array antennas, low noise amplifiers, frequency converters, frequency reference systems, traveling wave tubes and high power microwave filters and transmission lines.
