As part of the Risk Management Group, primary duties consist of:
**Perform data mining/analysis to identify fraudulent patterns within check and card transactions and recommend strategies to
improve a retailers bottom line.
**Analyze the effectiveness of business strategies through gathering and manipulation of data.
**Undertaking business intelligence to improve operational efficiencies.
**Support the design, development and maintenance of the Risk Data Mart and Risk Analytical System.
**Will analyze business situations and write good requirement specs that meet new business needs and/or evolve current systems towards a better integrated solution.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior Business, System and Data Analyst Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics,Economics, Finance, Computer Science or Business.
2+ years experience in a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Power MS Excel, Access and Powerpoint user.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Ability to handle multiple projects with a minimum of oversight and supervision.
