Senior Associate, Treasury

Seeking experienced professional to be a key member of Capital One’s Treasury Capital Markets Compliance Group.  Individual is responsible for multiple aspects of managing trading and investment activities, including:

Execute business processes, controls, and procedures associated with management of Capital One’s securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives trading

Proper input, confirmation, reconciliation, and reporting of all securities and foreign exchange activity

Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with cash position management team and all counter-parties to ensure an efficient confirmation and settlement process and timely issue resolution

Work closely with other Treasury associates to support business strategy, resolve investment issues, and contribute to implementation of new products, systems, and requirements

Responsible for execution of an integrated compliance management program for the trading function

Understand requirements, covenants, and restrictions of Treasury’s unsecured funding portfolio and managing execution on a timely basis

Ensure compliance with Capital One’s securities and derivatives trading requirements
REQUIREMENTS
*3+ years experience in a large corporate or banking Middle Office or other similar trading compliance experience

Strong personality that can interface with internal and external partners



Preferred:

Experience with Treasury Workstation applications

Experience designing and documenting work processes and procedures
