SVP, Foreclosure/BK Mgmt

1st VP, Foreclosure Essential Job Function: The Foreclosure & Bankruptcy Management division facilitates the timely processing of foreclosures and bankruptcies in accordance with all appropriate state, federal and investor/insurer guidelines. The F&B Management division site manager provides leadership for the overall operations within the division at each site. This includes planning and facilitating operational projects to reduce costs, expand the impact of technology and mitigate corporate and investor loss exposure.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with SVP and other managers in setting departmental goals and business plans. Oversee the departmental workflows to ensure compliance with all company guidelines.
Identify areas of risk and establish standards to ensure compliance with all state, federal, investor/insurer and other regulatory agency guidelines.
Interpret/present information to senior Loan Administration management and other business partners regarding business practices/trends, operational or technical projects, and budgetary compliance.
Recruiting and staff development. Participation in industry events/training.
Budgetary forecasting & compliance for business areas within the division.Preferred Skills/Education:
5 years related experience.
Able to interpret data to provide "bottom-line" message to senior management.
Ability to evaluate & direct the work of others for positive results.
Effective delegation skills.
Possess effective communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Utilize effective decision-making skills.
Experience and ability to interpret regulatory guidelines & company policies and implement them within a work process.
Other required skills include problem solving, verbal & written communication, presentation, and organization.
This position requires knowledge of mortgage banking specifically default servicing (Collections, Workout, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy).
