Document and close multi-family construction loans (affordable housing projects with tax credits from non-profit developers). Responsible for coordinating legal activities for major commercial loans, real estate construction loans with lending staff and outside counsel. Functions include: assessing legal issues associated with major commercial, real estate construction; evaluating risks; recommending strategies for managing loans, drafting and reviewing legal documentation associated with loans; assisting lending staff in devising strategies and negotiations.
REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years loan administration experience with a similar financial institution or paralegal equivalent, construction documentation experience and building loan agreement preparation, proficient in MS Word and experience with comparable documentation system utilize din real estate group. Good verbal and written communication, good problem solving and experience managing workflow priorities effectively. Preferred skills experience with Excel and AFS.
