<i><b>Public Service Credit Union</b></i> with nearly $650M in assets and 18 branches is seeking an experienced Retail Mortgage Department Manager. The credit union provides first and second mortgage products to borrowers. We offer a broad range of mortgage products designed to meet the needs of most applicants.

<b><i>Retail Mortgage Department Manager</i></b>

Required Skills:
·3 to 5 years experience in a retail mortgage banker environment
·Consistent funding of 15 to 25 transactions per month
·Extensive mortgage product knowledge (conventional, FHA, VA, non-conforming and sub-prime)
·Ability to hire, train and motivate staff
·A strong base of business, including realtors, builders and personal referrals
·Exceptional sales and persuasion skills
·Strong communication skills
·Detailed oriented with the ability to prepare and interpret required reports
·Must be able to provide a proven track record of success in managing a Retail Mortgage Banking office
·Qualified candidates should be able to bring two loan originators with them upon joining the company
