RETAIL BRANCH MANAGER
DuPont Community Credit Union currently has an opening for a Retail Branch
Manager for their Riverside office. This position is responsible for the daily
operations of the branch office and monitors the provision of quality service to
members through well trained, highly qualified, and highly motivated professional
staff. Duties include but are not limited to: communicate and implement sales and
service techniques to staff, lead and conduct weekly sales meetings, track and post
weekly sales goals and results, coach and counsel staff on goal progression and
achievement, prepare and forward end of month reports to VP of Retail Services,
and generate new business by professionally selling retail products and services to
members. This position will also interview, approve and close consumer or HELOC
loans, provide direction and supervision to entire branch office, perform as part of
Management Team in setting credit union wide goals and procedures to accomplish
goals, and ensure member requests are satisfactorily resolved.
The successful candidate will possess a four year degree or equivalent work
experience, demonstrated leadership ability, a minimum 2 years of supervisory
experience, excellent communication skills, loan decision making experience and
the ability to assess needs and implement plans. This candidate will also have
Teller, Vault and Loan officer experience, a thorough understanding of credit union
philosophy, and the ability to work with confidential files and materials.
