Tellers - Full and Part-time
Process customer transactions such as deposits/withdrawals/ payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency; follow bank balancing procedures/guidelines; promote banking products and services; and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced team environment. Requires customer service and cash handling experience.
Personal Bankers
Assist customers in opening new accounts; cross sell other banking/ financial products to achieve sales goals; and make referrals to other banking specialists. Requires demonstrated sales experience, as well as strong communication and attention to detail skills. Must have the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Client Care Analyst - Part-time
Respond to telephone and written inquiries, and resolve customer concerns according to established bank procedures and our service quality focus. Involves working diligently to address issues, enhance customers' experience with the bank and retain relationships.
Assistant Banking Center Managers
Direct the teller line and other banking center operations; ensure high levels of customer service; support banking products/promotions; and ensure proper compliance.
Banking Center Managers
Oversee all aspects of a banking center's sales/service; ensure sales goals are achieved; maintain the highest levels of service; and direct staff.
Manager positions require prior banking management/supervisory experience. Strong sales and business development skills are essential, as are exceptional leadership and motivational abilities. Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and audit skills also required.
