Research and Adjustments Representative

This person will monitor, review, and balance various reports for the Transaction Processing team. This person will also be responsible for processing returned deposited items and assisting with adjustments and error corrections.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong 10-key skills plus basic PC literacy skills with proficiency on Windows-based software applications, including Word and Excel
Strong attention to details plus the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills required along with strong listening skills
