Recruiting Coordinator - Home Mortgage: San Diego,CA

The Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to the overall success of the CHM Staffing Team by providing a high level of customer service and performing advanced level administrative duties. You will be responsible for developing, running and formatting MIS reports. In addition you will be responsible for the following administrative functions: calendar management, invoices for a national team, coordination of meetings, submitting payroll, ordering supplies, telephone reception, candidate travel arrangements as well as other administrative tasks as assigned. You will be working with complex and confidential documents and reports on a routine basis. In providing this support, the Recruiting Coordinator will report directly to the LOB Staffing Head and will be interacting with Executives, Staffing Managers, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and other areas of Human Resources as needed.



REQUIREMENTS


Minimum of three years of administrative experience required. Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in MIS reporting Working knowledge of Lotus Notes and Visio. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail in addition to being extremely customer service oriented, able to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines, have strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and able to assist where and when needed. Ability to troubleshoot effectively in an environment where processes are being changed and improved for flawless execution. 1 to 3 years of work experience in a Human Resources environment is preferred.
