Predominant financial institution in Phoenix is searching for a QA Manager who is comfortable leading the department and support services. The qualified candidate must have management/supervisory experience and be able to excel with project management and process assessment. Responsibilities will include monitoring service level rates, recommending solutions including training, technology and process improvements. No phone calls please.
REQUIREMENTS

* 3 years experience in a financial institution or related field

* Managerial experience a must (1 year minimum)

* Computer proficient (Word/Excel)

* Great customer service skills

* Good presentation skills
