Proof Operator

Process transactions (internal and external) by hand-keying item amounts into a proof machine. The proof machine will keep a running total and balance status of each transaction as well as physically encode each document.

1. Encode customer deposits on proof equipment. 2. Identify and remove out-of-balance transactions from proof work for correction. 3. Process single item deposits using current single processing procedures. 4. Prepare batch and block totals for work processed. 5. Attend work on a regular basis, on time, and withstand varying degrees of stress.
REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or equivalent; or high school student working through school program. Experience with a calculator and proof equipment preferred.

Ability to encode a minimum of 1800 fields per hour after 15 weeks of training. Ability to perform work in accordance with specific and detailed instructions in an accurate and timely manner.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday and every other Saturday 4:00 pm until work is complete
