We pride ourselves on providing equipment financing and leasing solutions, and superior customer service to middle-market companies in a broad spectrum of industries throughout the United States and, through our sister company, across Canada.The Private/Business Ln Underwriter 3 will review, analyze, approve or deny credit requests within authority limits ($500,000 - $1,000,000), and make credit recommendations to senior analysts or managers on larger applications. The customer base consists primarily of middle market and larger companies that are Wells Fargo Bank customers. The Underwriter has responsibility for accuracy of analysis and investigation of borrower’s creditworthiness. The position is responsible for understanding financial statements and reports and requires knowledge of lease financing and economics and industries of assigned geographic areas. The Underwriter works with sales and bank staff to achieve reasonable decisions reflecting good business judgment.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Business underwriting experience is required. This position requires 6-8 years experience in commercial credit analysis, reading of financial statements, performing ratio analysis, cash flow & economic analysis. The applicant should have the ability to structure transactions in a creative manner while displaying sound credit judgment. The position requires occasional travel. Word and Excel proficiency required.
* Preferred Skills:Middle market equipment leasing experience. Experience in equipment lending, knowledge of sound credit practices, and bank procedures.
