Trend analysis of risk data.Helps to forecast portfolio performance including prepayment studies, delinquency analysis, and statistical analysis relative to borrower attributes.Designs adhoc and maintains existing reports. Responsible for compiling and analyzing report data. Identifies, documents and (when necessary) creates data sources.Completes data forecasting and modeling for servicing portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:BA/BS Finance, economics, computer science or other quantitative degree, or equivalent experienceExperience Training
Four plus years experience in mortgage industry or other financial industry utilizing statistical analysis and data manipulationSkills
Proficient in computer software, Bloomberg, Excel, Access, VB, Database Management, SQL Programming skills preferredDemonstrated strong quantitative skills and ability to perform under strict timeframes.
