Personal Trust Administrator

We are currently looking for a Personal Trust Administrator for our Scottsdale location.

Managing people’s assets in various fiduciary capacities: for example, settling estates, conservatorships, investments, administering trusts, agencies, and IRAs. Supervise to ensure that proper procedures are followed regarding opening and closing accounts. Monitor activities of support departments, i.e., real estate, tax, operations. Consult with legal department and coordinate with trust counsel regarding sensitive issues and document interpretation. Oversee payment of beneficiaries’ bills and remittances. Analyze discretionary payment requests for appropriateness. Interact with client’s other professionals and family members. Inventory estate and conservatorship assets, dispose of personal property. Prepare division statements. Oversee management of real estate. Oversee distribution of trust upon termination. Must have strong sales, interpersonal and communication skills. Will have supervisory responsibility of the administrative support staff.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
5+ years in Personal Trust Administration field with thorough understanding of estate planning, investments, personal & estate taxation and accounting.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree
