RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH BANAMEX PERSONAL BANKING DIVISION "PATRIMONIAL" BY PROVIDING SUPPORT IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AND RENEWAL OF ALL TDA SECURED TRANSACTIONS, AS WELL AS PROVIDING ASSISTANCE IN LOAN SERVICING.
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE APPROVAL OF TDA SECURED LOANS AS WELL AS LOAN AND ACCOUNT OPENING DOCUMENTATION PERTAINING TO TDA SECURED TRANSACTIONS.
RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING SUPPORT TO BANAMEX OFFICERS IN STRUCTURING CREDITS, PROVIDING LOAN, DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWLEDGE AND ADHERENCE TO THE BANK'S POLICIES INCLUDING "KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER" AND "BANK SECRECY ACT REGULATIONS".
RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING UP AND RESPONDING TO COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT REQUESTS AS WELL AS, OUTSIDE AGENCIES (FINANCIAL CRIMES ENFORCEMENT NETWORK ("FINCEN"), CITIGROUP'S TAMPA GLOBAL ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING UNIT "GAMLU") PERTAINING TO BANK SECRECY ACT/AML, COVERED PERSON, AND HIGH RISK ACCOUNT ISSUES.
RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWLEDGE AND ADHERENCE TO THE BANK'S POLICY OF "COVERED PERSONS" AND OBTAINING APPROVALS FOR THE OPENING OF "COVERED PERSON" ACCOUNTS.
RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWLEDGE AND ADHERENCE TO THE BANK'S POLICY OF "HIGH RISK" ACCOUNTS AND OBTAINING APPROVALS FOR THE OPENING OF ALL "HIGH RISK" ACCOUNTS.
REQUIREMENTS
BASIC FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS SKILLS, MS-OFFICE, MD-WINDOWS SKILLS, BILINGUAL (VERBAL AND WRITTEN) SPANISH/ENGLISH, GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT.
FORMAL EDUCATION:
BACHELOR DEGREE IN FINANCE, ACCOUNTING OR MATHEMATICAL RELATED FIELD.
PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE:
AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF BANKING EXPERIENCE WITH EMPHASIS ON LENDING & BSA
TECHNICAL:
SOLID SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS SKILLS, ESPECIALLY M&I, TSYS, BANKERINSIGHT
SPECIAL SKILLS:
LOAN DOCUMENTATION TRAINING
NEW ACCOUNTS AND TRUTH IN SAVINGS REGULATIONS TRAINING.
BANK SECRECY ACT REGULATION
GENERAL BANKING OPERATIONS TRAINING.
ABILITY TO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS.
ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE ON A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT.
BILINGUAL SKILLS REQUIRED
BUSINESS LANGUAGE SKILLS IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH, VERBAL AND WRITTEN. EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, INCLUDING EXCELLENT TELEPHONE MANNER.
