In addition to terrific communication skills and a passion for serving members, we look for a sincere desire to pursue a long-term career in financial services. In previous positions you have demonstrated your ability to work effectively with others and became a valuable member of the team. An ability to analyze member financial needs and basic computer skills, as well as an associate’s degree or a combination of education and experience, are required. But a thorough knowledge of financial products is not. Because if you’ve got the drive, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
