Personal Banker Trainee

PerPerforms a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the duties of a Personal Banker as a part of the Personal Banker Forward Hire program. Temporary position for PB candidates.

As a Personal Banker for Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for selling banking products and services, managing customer portfolios, servicing relationships and cross selling all products and services. Wells Fargo provides a broad base of financial and credit services with the goal of attaining 100% of the customer’s business. You will also develop and maintain relationships with Wells Fargo Partners to maximize sales opportunities and make outbound sales calls, typically by phone, to increase product per customer ratio, and may handle cash transactions and/or spend up to 30% of your time completing service-related tasks.

Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:
To be eligible for employment with Wells Fargo Bank N.A. you must be able to establish proof of eligibility to work in the United States, successfully pass a criminal background check and must be at least 18 years of age.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of successful retail sales and customer service experience. Excellent communication skills and computer abilities. Must value diversity and demonstrate a strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
