PERSONAL BANKER - Oak Forest Branch

Personal Bankers are proven sales professionals with high energy and who are "hungry" for success. As a front line sales representative at a branch, you will be responsible for exploring each customers' financial needs and presenting the most compelling financial solutions to meet their needs while attaining retail and investment sales goals.



Personal Bankers place outgoing phone calls and make outside sales calls to small businesses to generate business accounts and sell financial products to meet their needs.



You will partner with product areas to effectively maximize customer relationships by managing prospective clients' financial goals, closing sales, and maintaining and developing new customer relationships by building a referral network.



Production goals will be realistic and expected to be met. This position has a very attractive compensation program that is unique from what our competitors offer and is definitely worth learning more about!

Bilingual - Spanish & English a plus.











REQUIREMENTS
Minimum one year sales experience required (2-5 years preferred)Customer service and computer experience preferred Extensive customer contact and experience with ongoing customer relationshipsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsExcellent probing and listening skills to uncover the customers needsSelf motivated, assertive, performs well in a competitive sales environment and interacts with customer and team members in a professional and personable fashionStrong presentation, planning, organization and follow-up skillsHigh school graduate or equivalent required (BS or BA degree preferred)Series 6, 63, Life Insurance licenses required within 60 days of hire (also Health in some states)Ability to work Saturday and some evenings required
