Part-time Branch Support Officer

Washington State Employees Credit Union announces an immediate opening for a Part-time Branch Support Officer for our Seattle Branch at 1500 Fairview Ave East.Position Summary
Maintains professionalism when interacting with members and/or visitors, in a manner exemplifying the Brand Promise. Actively promotes and provides Credit Union services. Performs member requests and directs members to the appropriate Team Associate. Supports the Brand Image and Sales and Service culture by providing quality member service. Obtains appropriate product and service knowledge to meet sales and service goals. Supports and contributes to the achievement of team goals.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
Scheduling flexibility is required to meet business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Required:
High school level or greater
Business telephone etiquette
Previous reception experience
Preferred:
Computer training
Financial institution experienceKnowledge and Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to calculate percentages, ratios and loan repayment terms
