Classification: Full Time Compensation: $67,000 to $112,000 per year Local Credit Union in the Hampton Roads area is looking to fill this Mid-Level management position in the Business Lending department. The position is responsible for a specific geographical regions business development with emphasis on business loans and cash management services. Additionally, provides support, direction, credit information and loan policies and procedures to ensure the overall quality of the business-lending portfolio. Loans are typically in the range of $5-$10 million dollars. Credit rating, underwriting experience for loans is essential. Understands commercial real estate transactions of all types, loan participations, and complex commercial transactions.
