Duties will also include reviewing account documents and disbursement requests with a high level of accuracy as well as supporting a team environment. Provide A++ service and support to branch offices US and Canada, other areas of the firm and fellow associates.
Ensure first contact resolution.
Receive and review Disbursement documents for completeness and accuracy.
Review and approve disbursement requests from client accounts.
Approve exception requests using a high level of discretion in decision-making.
Participate in team and department meetings, projects, and improvements.
