Operations Manager -



Section Manager overseeing the Accounting Control Department for the Dallas Payment Center.

This position will manage approximately 15 to 20 people in a fast paced environment.



Technical Area's of Responsibility include:

- Accounting Control and Reconciliation

- Deposit Control

- Customer, Inter-Company, and Tax Refunds

- NSFs



People Management:

- Strong Leader that builds an effective team environment and motivates for increased results - Develops clear team roles/responsibilities; goals and objectives

- Monitors employee performance and provides regular feedback

- Creates cross-training and development opportunities for the staff

- Monitors and manages daily workflow; responds to volume changes accordingly

- Identifies and executes process improvements

- Builds effective customer relationships; provide Stellar Service

- Manages conflict



Financial:

- Understands and manges financial targets

- Creates sound business cases to support expenditures



Controls:

- Knowledge of compliance/audit requirements

- Performs self-assessment testing and escalates risk appropriately/timely

- Manages risk through to resolution

- Ensures organizational controls/compliances are adhered to
