We're Growing! We are actively interviewing for our Business Banking Division.Primary Objective
Learn the various products and services provided through the Business Banking Department. Obtaining all necessary licenses in order to offer all products, including insurance. Once trained, responsibilities will be to develop and manage Business Banking customer relationships by consulting/advising on and selling a wide range of financial services to include: credit and deposit products, insurance, cash management and other applicable bank products and services. Properly service customers within the policies, objectives and guidelines established by management.To make substantial progress on business production goals set by management by following established procedures. Interviews and accepts all Business Loan Applications obtaining financial information and purpose of the loan. Actively participates in the solicitation of all business products and cross-selling of products to customers in person or by phone. Qualifies, approves, denies, or counter-offers the loan within assigned credit lines and company policy and is prepared to justify that decision to both the customer and management. Documents credit analysis. Completes assigned training on a timely basis and shows good working knowledge of TCF Policy and Procedures. Develops a good working knowledge of all retail deposit and consumer regulations. Responsible for soliciting outside sales. Gives presentations, performs cold calling and active community involvement participation.

Qualifications
•One to three years of Banking or Financial Service experience
•Possess (or ability to obtain) state licenses for insurance sales
•Demonstrated ability to promote, sell and market products/services
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Good organizational skills
