Mortgage Wholesale Account Excutive

Essential Duties:


Build relationships with high quality brokers provided for you.

Support a broker's growth by educating them on our product, price and service

Explain benefits of technology with our organization with our customers

Maximize opportunities in assigned marketplaces

Ability to use computer systems to input, output, access or modify information or to execute programs or analyses

Manage business with Act and Microsoft office

Responsible for production standards

Provide weekly assessment reports

Pre-qualifing loans with accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


2-3 years mortgage industry experience required

Field Mortgage sales experience preferred

Ability to understand underwriting guidelines

Complete understanding of loan process from submission to funding

Knowledge of mortgage industry and competition

Demonstrated sales skills and effective communication

Knowledge of company products and programs
