MORTGAGE PROCESSOR

Our Processors assemble and process small commercial mortgage files from original application through closing. They work directly with brokers, title companies and insurance companies to get needed information and documents. They also work with our in-house openers, loan officers, underwriters, funders, closers and post-closers to obtain and verify the information and documentation needed to underwrite and originate commercial mortgages between $100,000 and $1 Million.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires 2+ years of recent experience as a mortgage processor. Sub-prime and/or commercial mortgage experience is preferred, but residential experience can qualify. Processors must be detail oriented and have strong math and communications skills.
