American Sterling Bank, a multi-state thrift, is seeking highly motivated and positive thinking team players for our Mortgage Loan Wholesale Coordinator in one of our mortgage branch, based in Phoenix, Arizona. American Sterling is a privately held corporation with holdings in insurance, banking, film production and broadband communications.

Responsibilities include: Prepare the initial full package for underwriting: complete data entry, stack file, order credit report if necessary, and perform cursory review and verify compliance with guidelines, ensure quality and accuracy of documents received and data entered. Sign off on non-credit conditions. Coordinate the loan flow between underwriting and closing.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic computer skills, prefer working knowledge of MS Windows, Exceptional customer service, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment. Knowledgeable of paperless system helpful.
