Mortgage Loan Originator - Great Southern Bank

Great Southern Bank has an opportunity for a full-time, professional Mortgage Loan Originator at our Rogers, AR Loan Production Office. This position is responsible for originating mortgage loans, interviewing loan applicants, explaining all loan programs available & conducting a preliminary analysis. The hours required for this position are Monday – Friday, 8:30 to 5:30 p.m.
REQUIREMENTS


Must possess the knowledge and analytical skills necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. Excellent computer skills (especially word processing, spreadsheet, and data entry), oral and written communication skills are necessary. Must have at least 2 years prior sales experience, a college degree in Finance or Business and/or significant relevant professional experience is required. Must have the ability to achieve a high level of sales volume and performance. Must have excellent marketing skills, be self-motivated, and detail oriented.
