General Summary:Develops and manages mortgage accounts that meet established lending requirements and provide maximum profitability to the bank at minimum risk.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interview residential mortgage loan applicants and explain the different loan programs available and their requirementsObtain pertinent financial and loan information from applicantsConducts a preliminary analysis to determine if the applicant meets established minimum criteriaInform the customer of the outcome of the preliminary financial analysisExplain alternatives, if any, to restructure the loan and meet the lending requirements if customer’s criteria is unacceptableForward applications for further processing if neededOrder credit reports, employment verification, appraisal reports, or other documents as neededInform prospective borrowers of loan commitmentMonitor loan repayment activities and take necessary action to collect from past-due accounts.Undertake special projects relating to department services as assigned by market area Team Leader, Chief Credit Officer and/or Senior Management.Cross-sell bank servicesPerform related duties as assignedADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly Base Salary Plus Commission.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent education/experienceFour to Five Years Lending ExperienceOutside Sales/Marketing experienceInterpersonal skills and communication skills to professionally represent Community Bank in our local communitiesAll offers of employment contingent upon successful completion of background check, credit check and pre-employment drug test.
