Mortgage Loan Officer / Account Executive

InterBay Funding, LLC is a subsidiary of BayView Financial Trading Group, a Miami based investment-banking firm serving the mortgage industry for the past 22 years.

As a direct portfolio lender originating, funding and servicing small commercial mortgages, we specialize in alternative properties and borrowers. Our programs are tailored for real estate investors, the self-employed or borrowers who don't fit the traditional lending or agency/bank guidelines. We are continuing to expand our branch office in Burbank, CA to better serve broker clients and borrowers on the West Coast. Over the next two months we plan to add three experienced:

LOAN OFFICERS / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES

Our Loan Officers develop relationships and maintain contact with mortgage brokers to introduce our commercial mortgage products. In addition the Loan Officers follow up on leads and work a pipeline of mortgage applications, coordinating with brokers, outside professionals and our internal processing, appraisal and underwriting professionals to expedite approval of loans and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
These positions require 2+ year of recently demonstrated sales success in the mortgage industry. Commercial experience is helpful but residential sub-prime experience can qualify. Superior communications and analytical skills are required.
