Mortgage Loan Consultant

Responsibilities: The Loan Consultant is responsible for communicating effectively with the borrower including the review of credit, income and assets. Qualify borrower based on LTV, DTI and credit history.Receive and review necessary documentation for the loan to be processed. Fit borrower into best-suited program and sell the product. Take inbound phone calls from potential applicants and follow up on marketing leads. Consistently work lead base: follow-up calls, answering status calls and providing excellent customer service. Take applications over the phone, gather appropriate information and complete all necessary paperwork.Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with other internal department in a professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS


Minimum Required Skills: 1+ years of mortgage sales experience or strong telephone sales (inside sales or telemarketing) experience required.
