Mortgage Consultant-telesales

The Mortgage Telesales Consultant positions are located at our Tempe, AZ Call Center. Our call center is open Monday through Friday from 6am to 7pm and Saturday from 8am to 4:30pm. Different shifts available depending on the needs of the team.Are you interested in selling mortgage products? Do you like being on the phone? If so, the Telesales Mortgage Consultant could be a great career move for you!The Telesales Mortgage Consultant takes inbound sales calls from and makes outbound sales calls to potential WFHM customers. The Consultant utilizes computer applications to manage customer data and ensure an accurate loan origination process. Because relationship management is key, the Consultant partners with the loan processors and closers to stay on top of the loan's status to assist customers after application. As part of a team for a particular business line, Consultants will back up their peers as needed.This position offers the potential to earn generous income.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:
Proven sales experience - one to three years is desired.

Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills.

Professional demeanor to work with customers & business partners.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to adapt well to frequent business and process changes.

College degree or equivalent experience.

Ability to develop/maintain professional relationships with clients, customers and co-workers.

Proficiency in PC applications and multi-tasking.
* Preferred Skills:
Understanding of all Wells Fargo products not confined to the Centralized Platform.

Knowledge of all aspects of origination, processing and closing of mortgage loans.

Previous experience in selling by phone.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
