If youre looking for a company with integrity that you can believe in  and one that believes in you as well  you will find it at Wells Fargo.Duties may include:As a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Consultant you will be responsible for soliciting residential mortgages from various sources including realtors, builders, financial professionals, past customers and other nontraditional sources; produces high quality loans which meet WFHM guidelines while providing excellent customer service. Establish and maximize subprime loan production within provided existing branch and retail referral sources. Source new subprime business through traditional and non-traditional channels such as realtors, bankruptcy attorneys and insures production meets WFHM guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Our Home Mortgage Consultants will Possess 2+ years mortgage origination experience
Minimum 1 year Subprime experience
Proven sales, prospecting, and negotiating skills
Ability to thoroughly comprehend underwriting guidelines, as well as programs, policies and procedures
Good Understanding of real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions
Ability to communicate loan terms, features and benefits to consumers and business partners
Ability to meet minimum production requirements of 3-5 loans per month
High School Degree or higher level of education
Proven Tack record of $12-$15M is preferredKey words: loan officer, b2b, branch manager, sales manager, and account executive
