Mortgage Cons-subprime

Possible locations will be in the following areas: Cheyenne, WY and a new office in Gillette, WY.Establish and maximize subprime loan production within existing branch and/or area through development of referral relationships within distributed retail or bank branches. Sources new subprime business through traditional and non-traditional channels such as realtors, bankruptcy attorneys and insures production meets WFHM guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:-BA Business degree or related experience

2+ years sales and mortgage experience
* Preferred Skills:-Ability to thoroughly comprehend underwriting guidelines, as well as programs, policies and procedures

Ability to effectively communicate these to others

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Demonstrated leadership, team building skills and a successful track record
