Hovnanian our associates are just as important and we take pride in providing an environment in which our associates love to work and can continue to flourish in their jobs.We are currently seeking several experienced Mortgage Closers to join our team.As a Mortgage Closer you will coordinate and prepare closing documents and verify their accuracy and completion. Key functions include coordinating the closing and funding of assigned loan packages. Duties also include calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds in accordance with mortgage documentation.A Mortgage Closer is responsible for working closely with the title companies and attorneys to insure smooth closing transactions and performing timely delivery of salable loans to various investors.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must fulfill the following criteria: A minimum of two years of mortgage closing experience.
Be detail-oriented.
Have excellent administrative, communication and organizational skills.
Be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Have knowledge of and familiarity with real estate and mortgage terminology.
