Mortgage Call Center Sales Representative

Summary:

The American Home Mortgage Customer Management Team is looking for experienced mortgage sales representatives to increase the recapture rate of AHM's servicing customers by converting sales leads generated from intercepted payoff requests; VOM and escrow inquiry calls; and various marketing campaigns.

Representatives will handle 10 - 15 inbound sales leads, and outbound sales leads during periods of slow volume, all with the goal of preserving the account servicing relationship at the lowest cost to both the customer and to AHM.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma; college degree preferred

Ideal candidate will have mortgage sales, product and pricing experience. Should have experience in taking applications via phone and taking point of sale loan decisions. Experience working with inside loan sales coupled with Call Center like experience is preferred. Candidate should be extremely detail oriented and have excellent follow up phone skills.
