You as a Branch Manager - Originations I -


Manage branch office activities in the origination, processing and closing of residential mortgage loans within the branch's geographical area.

Originate quality mortgage loans representative of National City's standards.

Maintain business relationships with local realtors, builders and developers to solicit new business and increase exiting business.

Train, develop and motivate staff to achieve a high volume of residential mortgage loan production while maintaining company standards for excellent service to clients.

Direct the production staff of the branch including the procuring of additional staff when so authorized.
Job Requirements
You and your skills -


Bachelor's degree or equivalent

One year and up to three years related experience

Sales management background with extensive working knowledge of mortgage origination
