Mortgage Advisor / Loan Officer / Eau Claire, WI - (BB10959)

Mortgage Advisors are responsible for representing PHH Mortgage in their local territory by developing and maintaining relationships primarily with Century 21, ERA and Coldwell Banker Brokers and Realtors. Mortgage Advisors are responsible for generating loan volume andclosed loans through sales and marketing activities. They will maximize and enhance volume opportunities by promoting our competitive mortgage products, services, and programs in their assigned Real Estate Brokerages. Mortgage Advisors will originate mortgage loans using point of sales technology, or offer customers the choice of originating the loan via telephone or via the internet.

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. One to two years experience originating mortgage loans is required. Experience in mortgage operations, processing or underwriting with a minimum of one year industry related sales experience may be substituted for mortgage originations. Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLC, FHA, and VA guidelines. Proven sales/relationship building and customer service experience.
