Account Executives –Home Loan Funding an Irvine, CA based mortgage originations company is seeking Wholesale Account Executives in its Business-to-Business (B2B) division. Candidates will be responsible for originating 1-4 unit dwelling, Alt-A, Alt-B, MTA and Nonprime first and second mortgage loans and must reside in the following States: California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Utah or Washington State.A minimum of 1 year wholesale origination experience, with 3 years in the mortgage business is a MUST.While other mortgage companies are downsizing, we are hiring and expanding. Home Loan Funding has been in business for over 25 years. This position offers an incredible opportunity for the qualified candidate including: salary plus commissions, medical and dental, 401(k). REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible for daily minimum loan submissions• Consider yourself a “hands on” originator working a file from origination to funding
• Constantly monitor and improve key performance metrics• Extensive knowledge of industry underwriting and origination standards
• Ability to develop and implement strategic, operating and resource plans as well as process improvement
• LoanSoftÔ mortgage software knowledge is a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a numbers-driven, high loan volume environment
