Advancial Federal Credit Union, located in Uptown Dallas, has a position available for a Member Service Representative – Call Center.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:The applicants will be responsible for answering telephone and process daily transactions (or services) for members such as balance inquiry, transferring funds, history information, stop payments or photocopy of check(s), etc. This includes research and resolution of member concerns.Open and close new accounts, address changes, request wire transfers, stop payments, and order checks.Process return mail, post deposits, loan payments and credit card payments.Issue debit cards, add and change PIN #’s, and troubleshoot on-line banking.Take loan applications and enter phone/mail/fax loan applications into the loan processing system.Answer questions regarding loan product rates and terms, etc.Ask open ended questions to encourage more loan applications and cross-sell a wide array of credit union products. REQUIREMENTS
This position requires an Associate's degree (A.
