Marketing Representative

Texas American Title Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Title Resource Group (TRG), is a full-service title, settlement, and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions. Texas American Title is currently seeking several Marketing Representatives for their Houston area offices. These positions are available in the Missouri City, Southwest Houston/ Fort Bend and Cinco Ranch/ Katy areas.



This is a customer-facing role and involves frequent and extensive interaction with prospective and/or existing Texas American Title customers. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Implement approved Sales programs to increase capture andor market shareProvide Customer Service representation by assessing the needs of the customer and offering solutionsAttend Real Estate Agent Functions & Sales Meetings (be prepared to make presentation)Conduct Agent Training Classes and Seminars: Avoiding the Pitfalls, Contract to Close, etc.Develop leads and actively prospect for new customersDevelop relationships with agents, lenders and builders to increase business

REQUIREMENTS


H.S. Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years in title insurance or related field required. Success in this role will require strong sales skills, well-developed interpersonal abilities, a problem-solving orientation, and a willingness to creatively seek and seize opportunities to establish profitable new Company relationships. Candidates must be self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running. The Account Executive must be a team player, professional, and have the ability to make presentations. In order to succeed, this position requires an individual with a persuasive personality who is company oriented and will build and maintain long term client relationships in the name of the company.
