Over 3,700 associates in Private Client Services provide advice, strategies and solutions for all aspects of the financial, asset management and wealth transfer needs of JPMorgan's high net worth clients. Our target client segment is $1 - 25M in net worth. Private Client Services' client support includes Investments, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management, Private Banking and Trust.



Position Description:

The PCS Market Administrative Officer is directly responsible for managing all non-exempt PCS staff and is also responsible for coordinating administrative, compliance and operational matters at the market level by the Market Director. The Market Administrative Officer assists with administrative and sales support functions to mitigate risk and assure efficient client focused service. The Market Administrative Officer is responsible for the supervision and leadership of the client service associates. Duties include but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, offboarding and performance reviews. They are also responsible for the overall execution of the Private Client Services operating model. These duties include making sure the client experience is strong and consistent and resolving model execution issues as they arise. The Market Administrative Officers support the Market Director in managing and assessing risk in the market. They are responsible for coordinating internal audits, executing the quarterly self-assessment program and providing training around new and existing policies and procedures. In addition the Market Administrative Officer serves as project manager for all regional and national initiatives. REQUIREMENTS


The ideal candidate will possess proven management and supervisory skills, and a practical working knowledge of the trust, investment management and/or private banking businesses and procedures. Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and written communications skills. Indepth knowledge of the relationships between investments, trust and banking. Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills. Strong understanding of auditing and risk procedures as well as knowledge of industry regulations and practices. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Proven leadership ability and prior supervisory experience required.



Series 7, 24, 9 & 10 required. May perform supervisory or principal functions with proper licenses and a approved delegation memo on file. College degree or applicable work experience required.
