Manager, Investment Operations

(PMCC) is a diversified mortgage lender with a 125-year commitment to
the commercial real estate market.The Structured Products Servicing Team at PAR is seeking a Senior
Asset Manager to be the primary contact for Borrowers with
construction commercial real estate loans. Responsible for managing
construction and disbursement schedules for PMCC in accordance with
credit policies and delegated authorization. Responsible for ensuring
that draw requests are approved and funded in a timely manner. The
position is located in Dallas, TX and reports to the Director,
Structured Products Servicing Team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES will include, but may not be
limited to, the following: Review and reconcile the original construction loan schedule
to each draw request and engineering recommendation. Resolve
problems with discrepancies in draw requests to budgets and
schedules.
Work closely with construction loan administrator to provide
guidance, assistance and backup in all loan administrator
duties including but not limited to quality control over loan
setup, trade management communications, accrual calculations,
billing and others system and database maintenance.
Act as primary borrower contact and provide customer service
to the borrower and PMCC staff including attending draw
meetings and site inspections. Travel will be required.
Perform quality review process on various servicing functions
to ensure 100% accuracy before providing details to internal
and external parties.
Experience/Qualifications: BBA in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting preferred, or a
minimum of 5 years related Servicing/Asset Management
experience; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Knowledge of Commercial Mortgage Banking Products/Terms and
applicable Servicing Requirements.
Proven ability to handle complex and difficult servicing
issues.
Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
Strong organizational skills required with the ability to
multi-task and work independently in a time sensitive
environment where meeting established deadlines are critical.
Strong analytical skills required to calculate fees, payoff
quotes, yield maintenance and prepayment fees.
Strong interpersonal/customer service skills essential with
the ability to create/build and maintain relationships with
internal and external parties.
Personal computer skills required (Advanced Excel, Access,
Word, Microsoft Package(s).
