UNDERWRITING MANAGER
4-6 years experience
Salary: $60-$85K DOE.

Duties:
- Responsible for managing credit risk and supervising a staff of wholesale and/or correspondent underwriters.

- Will also interface with other operational units to maintain proper inspection of product guidelines and company risk limits.

- Will underwrite loans, as well as interface with Sales, Purchasing and Quality Control on all underwriting issues.

- Department responsibilities include establishing goals, researching/solving underwriting questions and the creation of monthly reports.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS

Requires minimum 4-6 years in a managerial capacity within the financial/mortgage banking industry. Will have a test file to underwrite during the interview.
