Lockbox Operations Manager

As a Lockbox Operations Manager with U.S. Bank, you will:

Serve as Overall Manager for Retail/Wholesale Lockbox Departments located in La Mirada, California.

Manage the processing of high volume/ high-profile customer accounts, through supervisors and non-exempt staff

Manage audit and compliance requirements

Provide insight and recommendations to senior management.
Job Requirements
While we expect that you’ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require:

Strong customer relationship skills required to manage customer requests and needs.
A high degree of problem solving skills

An in-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations, internal and external operational functions, systems, policies and procedures

Previous experience of large production environment. Lockbox experience preferred.

College degree or equivalent of five to seven years experience

Strong leadership and negotiation skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong audit and procedure control capabilities.

Work Schedule: M-F 7:30am -4:00pm.
