Loans BRANCH MANAGER Home Funds Direct, the dynamic retail division of Accredited Home Lenders, Inc, one of the nation's premier mortgage banking institutions engaged in the business of originating, servicing, & selling non-prime residential mortgage loans. We offer an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Santa Maria sales office. Candidate should be an outstanding sales manager who knows the mortgage and/or consumer lending business (sub-prime pref'd) & can directly manage a group of 8-10 loan officers & processors. Will be responsible for managing sales operations, analyzing financial yields, determining credit worthiness & approving credit limits. Report on branch performance, profitability & expenses. Assign, direct & review all submissions going through the sub-prime & brokered out channels. 4 yr college degree; and/or 5 yrs exp in branch management. 3+ yrs of sales management exp in mortgage and/or consumer finance. 5+ yrs of direct mortgage and/or consumer lending exp. A proven successful track record & strong recruiting capabilities req'd.
