Loan Servicing Representative

Placement Pros, the commercial division of Vedior North America (3rd largest staffing organization in the world) has immediate openings for 5 Loan Servicing Representatives with banking and administrative support experience.

Provide clerical and administrative support for a Region of the Loan Service Department. Candidates must have outstanding customer service experience. Process routine documents, maintain a variety of logs, sort and distribute
incoming mail. Generate computer reports, prepare and maintain insurance claims files, and handle inquiries. Assist in batching of loan payments, float and fill in for absent reps. Responsible for the mature application of problem solving techniques and moderately complex issues and situations.

Requires: High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years telephone customer service experience; must have basic Word and Excel computer knowledge. Fast and accurate 10 key and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively; excellent organization and problem solving skills.
